Brandon R. Wade
Brandon R. Wade, a shareholder and director with McDonald Sanders, joined the firm in 2000. Mr. Wade, an Oklahoma native, was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in November 2000.
Mr. Wade provides counsel to clients in real estate and business transactions including entity selection, organization, operation, acquisitions and sales. Mr. Wade’s practice areas encompass college and university law, commercial financing, stock and asset purchase agreements, real estate sales and leases, construction contracts, and oil and gas leasing. He also represents health care providers with respect to governance, operations, policy development, regulatory compliance, and licensing
A 1995 graduate of Oklahoma Baptist University, Mr. Wade received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Health care Administration. Prior to entering law school, Mr. Wade was employed in the health care industry, assisting in the management of several physician practices and rural health clinics operated by an Oklahoma hospital and coordinating the physician credentialing process for the hospital.
In 2000, Mr. Wade earned a law degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law. While in law school, he was a staff member of the Computer Law Review and Technology Journal.
