Donald A. Kaczkowski

Donald Kaczkowski, an associate attorney with McDonald Sanders, joined the firm in 2008. Mr. Kaczkowski, originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, moved to San Antonio, Texas in 1995. Mr. Kaczkowski was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2008 and has also been admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Western Districts of Texas.

Mr. Kaczkowski practices primarily in the areas of civil litigation, with an emphasis in business/commercial litigation, bankruptcy litigation, and insurance defense, representing clients in state and federal courts.

Mr. Kaczkowski is a 2005 graduate of Texas A&M University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. In 2008, Mr. Kaczkowski earned a law degree from St. Mary's University School of Law, where he served two years as a Teaching Assistant in the Legal Research and Writing Program. Mr. Kaczkowski was also a Staff Writer on The Scholar: St. Mary's Law Review on Minority Issues and a member of Phi Delta Phi.

In summer of 2006, while at St. Mary's, Mr. Kaczkowski served as Judicial Intern for the Honorable Pamela Mathy, United States Magistrate Judge, in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, San Antonio Division.
