George C. Haratsis
George C. Haratsis, a shareholder and director with McDonald Sanders, joined the firm in 1985, upon his admittance to the State Bar of Texas. He was promoted to shareholder and director in 1992.
While with McDonald Sanders, Mr. Haratsis has represented numerous clients, from private individuals to large corporations. His specific area of expertise is civil trial law, with an emphasis in commercial and business litigation, insurance defense and employment law. He has won numerous jury trials, and briefed and argued both state and federal appeals.
A native of Fort Worth, Mr. Haratsis is a 1982 graduate of The University of Texas at Austin. He earned his law degree, with honors, from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1985, where he served as associate editor of the Texas Tech Law Review.
