Kate S. Wells
Kate Wells, an associate attorney with McDonald Sanders, joined the firm in 2011. Ms. Wells, a Fort Worth native, was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2011. Ms. Wells has also been admitted to practice in the Northern District of Texas.
Ms. Wells graduated from Texas Christian University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude. While at Texas Christian University, Ms. Wells was a Chancellor’s Scholar and a member of Mortar Board. In 2011, Ms. Wells earned her law degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, cum laude.
Currently, Ms. Wells serves as a Board Member for the Texas Christian University Clark Society and is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Tarrant County Bar Association, and the Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association.
Ms. Wells’ practice areas include business transactions, college and university law, and probate, estates and trusts.
