Stuart B. Lumpkins Jr.

Stuart Lumpkins was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1984. Mr. Lumpkins is board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Personal Injury Trial Law. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for Northern District of Texas and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Lumpkins' experience includes a wide range of both commercial and personal injury litigation. He has been representing businesses in resolving conflicts in a wide variety of industries, including franchising, manufacturing, real estate, and remediation and restoration, to name a few. This representation has covered many legal issues and areas of the law, such as contracts, collection, employment, covenants not to compete and trade secrets, franchising, insurance, probate, and real estate valuation and tax litigation. Mr. Lumpkins has also been representing nonsubscribers to workers’ compensation for many years and has been a frequent speaker at employer conferences on this topic. Whether in negotiations or litigation, Mr. Lumpkins draws from his wide range of experience to seek out the best solutions for his clients

He also gives back to his community by serving on the board of directors for several non-profit organizations and by being involved in a variety of pro bono activities.
