George was admitted to practice in Texas in 1985. He is a member of Delta Theta Phi fraternity. He served as Associate Editor of Texas Tech Law Review in 1984-1985 (Publications: Comment, 15 Texas Tech Law Review 917 (1984)). George is a member of the State Bar of Texas (Member of Business Law, Litigation, Tort and Compensation Sections), the Tarrant County Bar Association, and the Texas Association of Defense Counsel. He previously served as a director of the Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association in 1986-1987.
