The philosophy of our litigation practice is to efficiently evaluate a client's dispute, drawing on a wide range of experience and expertise, and to then provide prompt, professional, and practical advice from a business perspective. McDonald Sanders offers a wide range of litigation services for a diverse clientele including:

• Representing employers who do not subscribe to workers' compensation insurance. Our firm has represented non-subscribers throughout the state of Texas for over 20 years. This area presents a host of employer-employee issues as well as the defense of traditional personal injury cases stemming from on-the-job injuries
  
• Defending insureds in a variety of personal injury and property-related claims arising under automobile liability, homeowners', and various types of commercial lines insurance policies
  
• Protecting the interests and enforcing the rights of our business clients in disputes ranging from conflicts concerning business formations, financing, and transfers, construction disputes, employment and trade secret litigation, to multi-million dollar contract and other commercial disputes
  
• Providing guidance and representation in real estate condemnation/eminent domain negotiation and litigation for governmental entities, as well as private landowners
  
• Pursuing collection matters, ranging from secured loan collection, embezzlement investigation, recoupment, and fraudulent transfers recoupment
  
• Representing fiduciaries and beneficiaries in related trust and probate disputes
  
• Drawing upon the expertise of other lawyers in the firm who have specific corporate or real state/transactional expertise for the purpose of better representing of our clients' litigation needs
  
• Using alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation, to resolve litigation more efficiently and cost effectively with respect to each of the firm's practice areas
