Brandon Wade

Brandon Wade assists clients in solving a wide variety of problems within the banking, business, and real estate-related sectors. As someone who enjoys helping others in general, Brandon welcomes the chance to use his expertise to support people faced with complicated commercial and transactional issues in matters of finance, corporate law, real estate, construction, and landlord/tenant law. Brandon stresses a personal approach when working with clients, and counts his ability to empathize and relate as crucial to his client-attorney relationships.

Brandon is a native Oklahoman and grew up in Elk City, a small town along Route 66 between Amarillo and Oklahoma City. He has long since settled in Keller to the north of downtown Fort Worth with his wife and children. One of their favorite places is the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History, where the exhibits and OmniMax shows always provide a great opportunity for family time. Brandon also likes to fill his limited free moments with such timeless pursuits as hunting, fishing, and watching and coaching youth sports.

Brandon does the bulk of his work with businesses and corporate clients, especially those in the banking and finance sector. Some of his services include:

  • Advising clients on commercial lending and business transactions
  • Aiding businesses in a wide variety of common business needs, including entity selection, organization, operation, acquisitions, and sales
  • Counsel to multiple national and state banking institutions regarding the structure and documentation of commercial real estate and asset-based financing transactions

His commercial work frequently focuses on counseling of clients on mergers and acquisitions transactions. Brandon’s experience in M&A include:

  • Negotiating the terms and structure of the purchase and sale of businesses
  • Assisting in the performance of due diligence

Brandon also has strong experience with helping clients in a variety of commercial real estate business, from landlord/tenant to construction and development, with services including:

  • Counseling clients in both the purchase and sale of commercial, industrial, and residential real estate
  • Advising clients as both landlords and tenants in lease preparation and negotiations for office, retail, and industrial space
  • Negotiating and drafting construction and architect agreements on behalf of property owners
  • Representing property owners associations with respect to member disputes and overall compliance matters
