Representative Experience & Services
Randyl’s practice widely centers on many of the complex financial aspects of the law. With more than 30 years of background in accounting and in the legal profession, he does a great deal of work in corporate business, commercial transactions, bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, reorganization, and banking. Some services include:

- Creditors’ rights, including workouts, debt restructuring, and commercial collection matters
- Representation of creditors in bankruptcy court
Randyl also ties his financial background into other areas of the law, such as in real estate and construction. He also provides advice to companies regarding the ever-changing field of how the law applies to technology.
