Sean Carmichael

Sean became an attorney first and foremost to effectively help people solve their problems. He has experience with both real estate and corporate transactional matters, as well as litigating on behalf of the firm’s clients whenever it becomes necessary. With a keen focus on each of our clients’ unique needs and situation, he is focused on finding a tailored solution that is cost effective and efficient.

Sean is originally from Leander, Texas. He received his undergraduate education from the University of Texas at Austin. After graduating, Sean had the opportunity to work at the Texas Capitol during the 2015 Spring Legislative Session before attending law school. Sean received his Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law, where he graduated with honors, before ultimately calling Fort Worth his home. Outside of work, Sean spends much of his free time with his wife, Sarah, and their two young daughters. Sean enjoys college sports, hiking, and a good queso.

Representative Experience & Services

Sean has represented various clients in a wide array of litigation and appeals, with his experience including pursuing or defending claims up to and through jury and bench trials resulting in successful outcomes, obtaining summary judgments resulting in swift, expedited relief for his clients, and reaching favorable settlements either through formal mediation or informal negotiation.

In addition to litigation, Sean has represented clients in various corporate, business, and real estate transactional matters, with his experience including assisting clients in the formation of a multitude of business entities and preparing corresponding corporate governing documents, assisting clients in negotiating and preparing buyout agreements, buy-sell agreements, and interest transfer or redemption agreements, and assisting clients in real estate conveyances and transactions.
