Bob’s long-standing and robust practice heavily focuses on commercial transactions, banking and finance, transportation, and various aspects of real estate, including condemnation and eminent domain and landlord/tenant law. • Counsel to two of the area’s largest retail shopping malls
  • Representation of a shareholders’ group in acquiring controlling interest in a national bank and the simultaneous acquisition of a branch banking location from another institution
  • Negotiation of the acquisition of the operating rights of a rail line from Fort Worth to Brownwood, TX on behalf of a short line railroad company

An additional integral portion of Bob’s practice involves acting as counsel to institutions of higher education on a wide variety of their legal matters. Services and examples include:

  • Negotiating numerous employment contracts, including those of athletic directors and coaches

  • Seasoned representation of his clients before the NCAA Committee on infractions at the Division I and III levels
  • Preparation of seat and suite licensing agreements at collegiate stadiums
